Medical History
All clients must complete and return the Pilates Client Medical Information Form prior to their initial consultation or concepts class. The information contained within this form is crucial to informing your instructor and in directing your assessments.
Appointments
All sessions are by appointment including casual mat work sessions. You can make a booking by:
- Clicking through to the Bookings Page

Initial Consultation
1 Client : 1 Instructor
Initial consultation is a prerequisite to becoming a Pilates studio client. During your initial consultation, we will assess your posture; range of motion; strength; stability; and functional movement. You will be taught some of the foundation principals such as lateral breathing and core engagement and you will be provided with a safety brief on the use of our Pilates apparatus.
Payment
Payment for casual bookings should be made prior to the commencement of each session.
Packages for studio programs and Mat classes are invoiced at the time of booking and payment is required in full prior to the beginning of each package.
Cancellations
Cancellations made with 24-hour notice (or more) attract no cancellation fee. Cancellations that do not meet this requirement attract the full fee.
Your studio program is written to 50-minutes. We book our clients in on the hour. If you are unable to make your session on time, and you have less than 50-minutes available, your program will be amended to accommodate the time you have left.
What to wear
You are required to wear non-slip socks at all times while in the studio. However, there are exercises that require you to have bare feet. For this reason, we ask that you ensure you are clean when you come into the studio and that you maintain a high standard of personal hygiene while in the studio.
When participating in Pilates you will be exercising and will need to wear clothing suitable for exercise. Please ensure that your clothing is stretchy and modest. We recommend that ladies wear tights/leggings with a loose fitting or stretchy modest t-shirt and gentlemen wear gym shorts with bike shorts underneath with a loose fitting or stretchy t-shirt.
What to bring
Please bring your drink bottle of water, a hand towel and non-slip socks with you for each session.
Hygiene
Following the completion of your mat class, we ask that you wipe down your mat and put any apparatus used back where it belongs.
Instructors have the right to refuse training to anyone who is under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or is behaving inappropriately. Your instructor may also refuse training if you are showing signs or symptoms of infection, virus, or contagious disease.
Open wounds need to be dressed appropriately.
